In compliance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulations, we hereby disclose the following points:

To carry out the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, we will request the following personal data: Tax status certificate, banking information, name, address, contact phone number, and email address.

In person: When you directly provide your products and services to us or when we approach you to offer them.
Directly: When you provide your personal data to request your products and services via telephone, email, website, or any other digital medium.
Indirectly: From any other commercially available source of information or as permitted by law.

Manao informs you that we do not request Sensitive Personal Data to carry out the purposes described in this privacy notice.

The company will treat your information and personal data as confidential and will maintain preventive measures to protect it against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction, and will not disclose it for any purpose other than that established in this Privacy Notice.

We inform you that the data may be used for the following purposes, which are not necessary but allow us to provide you with better service, such as Supplier service evaluation and invitation to tenders.

The transfer of data without the consent of the data subject is provided for by law. In case it is provided for in a Law or treaty in which Mexico is a party, it will be for the purpose of fulfilling the obligations and responsibilities acquired at the time of contracting for prevention, as indicated in Art. 10 and 37 of the LFPDPPP and its Regulations.
Article 37.- National or international transfers of data may be carried out without the consent of the data subject when one of the following situations occurs:

When the transfer is necessary or legally required for the safeguarding of a public interest, or for the procurement or administration of justice.
When the transfer is necessary for the recognition, exercise, or defense of a right in a judicial process.
When the transfer is necessary for the maintenance or fulfillment of a legal relationship between the data controller and the data subject.

The recipients of the personal data, whether processors and/or third parties, assume the same responsibilities as the Data Controller in accordance with the terms defined in this privacy notice and must refrain from transferring the personal data unless it derives from an authorized subcontracting by the data controller as indicated in art.50 fracc. 6 of the LFPDPPP Regulations.

If you do not express your refusal to the transfer of your data, it will be understood that you have given your consent.
Limiting the use and/or dissemination of personal data

As the data subject, you can at any time limit the use and disclosure of your personal data by sending an email to contacto@manao.mx or by requesting your registration on our exclusion list.

You are informed that there is another mechanism to limit the use and disclosure of your data, such as the Public Registry for Avoiding Advertising (REPEP) of PROFECO, which you can consult for more information on the agency's website.

We inform you that Manao has a website and only uses technical cookies, which allows us to have a better experience in the visualization of our page on any electronic device, so we do not obtain information through this means.
Exercise of Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition (ARCO) and/or Revocation of consent
We inform you that at all times you have the right to access, rectify, cancel, or oppose the processing of your personal data that you have provided to us, as well as to revoke your consent. For this purpose, it is necessary to send a request to the following email address contacto@manao.mx, where you will be provided with more information on the subject and your request will be addressed appropriately.

Procedure for exercising ARCO rights and/or revoking consent.

As the data subject, you may exercise your ARCO rights and/or revoke consent as long as you submit the corresponding request and the documents mentioned above in item a) in copy through the email contacto@manao.mx.

Upon receiving your request and if the provided information is insufficient or incorrect, or if the required documents are not attached, we may request them only once during the five business days following the receipt of your request and the necessary elements or documents must be added to process it.
​
As the data subject, you will have ten business days to address the request, counted from the day following its receipt. If no response is given within this period, the corresponding request will be considered as not submitted. If the request is addressed, the deadline for the response will begin to run the day after its receipt.
​
Upon receiving your request and if it is complete, we will carry out a procedural analysis within twenty business days and an additional fifteen business days to carry out the corresponding operational and administrative activities to address your request, if applicable.

This privacy notice may be modified, changed, or updated due to new legal requirements, our own needs for the services we offer, changes in our privacy practices, changes in our business model, or for other reasons.
