Upon receiving your request and if the provided information is insufficient or erroneous, or if the required documents are not provided, we may request them once within five business days following the receipt of your request, and the necessary elements or documents must be added to process it.

As the owner of your data, you will have ten business days to address the request, counted from the day following its receipt. If no response is provided within this period, the corresponding request will be considered not submitted. If the request is addressed, the response period will begin the day after its receipt.

Upon receiving your request and finding it complete, we will conduct an analysis of its validity within twenty business days, and an additional fifteen business days will be granted to carry out the corresponding operational-administrative activities to address your request if it is deemed valid.
